Premier Chou En Lai was there just as Premier Li Qiang is here. A few years after Bandung we had 1962. I think China is preparing for another 1962, and India would have tryly arrived only if the outcome in this 1962 is reversed to the previous 1962. Then India was basking in Mahatma 's glory and talking of peace and abjuring war. Now also PM Modi is talking about this not veing a time for war, just as in those years.
